Dear D20 friends and neighbors,

I believe every child has inherent worth, dignity and potential. This truth means the experiences our children have in school matter deeply. Schools are more than places of learning; they are where, in partnership with families, children grow into principled, empowered, and capable adults—equipped to navigate whatever paths they aspire to travel.

Great schools don’t happen by chance. They are built on strong foundations: rigorous academic skills, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environments, and strong, supported teachers. Unfortunately, our children too often face distractions and challenges that can hinder their ability to succeed. As a community, we share a responsibility to remove those barriers so that every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and flourish.

I am seeking a seat on the school board because our children are both our greatest gift and deepest responsibility. They deserve an education that nurtures their potential and equips them for success. I am ready and would be honored to serve in that cause.
